Efficient time management

I have been reading and exercising a lot about management techniques through different authors either they’re management gurus or books by successful entrepreneurs.

From which I’m able conclude my own way of the time management practice. 

as efficiently you can manage this your success and happiness relies on it.

The practical way of time management should be 8X8X8 rule.

~ 8 hours of sleep. ( though it’s Average 7 for me).

~ 8 hours of productive work. ( 10 hours I guess )

~ 7 hours of family, friends and health.

This may vary on your priority at time and also on your efficient planning. 

To achieve this one must note down his own daily efficiency. Eg how much efficient / productive work you’re doing. How much time do you spend on health and for family.

When I was trying this I was able to find im wasting 5/6 hours of my day time in tasks and activities which are last important to balance my life and career.

I have experienced and would like to share I have created a weekly task list based on your priorities to master your efficiency. Initially for couple of years I had to spend more hours in work & productivity while later I was able to manage things. Keeping eyes on efficiency majorly I’m able to micromanage my tasks and complete them successfully with putting my good amount of time spending with friends and family. This always needs to fine tune your tasks. Eg. You can call all your friends and family while you’re driving and stay in touch, listen book instead reading using book listening apps Eg Amazon audible. Invite a meeting with someone in lunch or while you’re on walk.

With all of this please sure Your sleep and health are equally important to stay fit and utilise your mental wellness to increase efficiency.
